Simple, fair terms for pickup orders and event enquiries.
1) Ordering & Pickup
- Pickup only (no delivery unless explicitly agreed).
- Items and photos are examples; availability may vary.
- We may confirm details by WhatsApp or phone before preparation.
2) Payment
- Payment is collected upon pickup unless otherwise agreed.
3) Allergies & Dietary Requirements
- Please add allergies/dietary requirements in the notes or message us before pickup.
- We take care, but we cannot guarantee an allergen-free environment.
4) Timing
- Pickup time selection is guidance (ASAP / Later today / Tomorrow). Please write your preferred time in the notes.
- During busy periods, preparation times may vary. We’ll confirm by message if needed.
5) Event Bookings & Custom Enquiries
- Corporate platters and food trailer bookings require advance notice and confirmation.
- We’ll confirm availability, pricing and details by message.
6) Cancellations
- If you need to cancel, please message us as early as possible.
- For event bookings, cancellation terms may be agreed case-by-case in writing.
